But it’s not just your ads that can be leveraged for better results. In fact, I’ve identified 7 key areas of your business that need to be addressed to maximize your revenue and help you achieve your best year yet…. Here are the seven points:
 
First is your lead generating efforts, like I just mentioned. That’s fairly obvious, and we’ll spend a good deal of time during the two days talking about it and working on it. We’ll talk about all forms of advertising including print, TV, radio, internet, and canvassing… plus there are special sections on home shows—they’re coming right up, aren’t they—and proximity mailing. If you don’t come see this stuff, you’re really missing out.

The next four leverage points all have to do with increasing your sales conversion ratio and getting more money for each sale… the four leverage points are your inbound call, your pre-positioning package, your confirmation call, and your website. Handling them the right way can increase your conversion ratio by 5 to 15% right away. We’ll talk about what a pre-positioning kit is, what should be included, how to send them, and everything else. What an easy way to get business—just pay more attention to the leads you get that don’t close. I’ll show you exactly how to do that using mail, email, and the telephone. You’ll be astounded how much low hanging fruit is just sitting there waiting to be picked.
